A sound bath is a holistic approach to relaxation and healing. Enjoy being immersed in sound and vibrations from the beautiful crystal singing bowls in the comfort of our tranquil studio. This practice facilitates a peaceful journey of self-discovery through deep relaxation and meditation.

~ 7 student max, 3 student minimum

~ $35 per person for a 60 min session

Wear comfortable clothing & bring whatever you’d like to get cozy (water, a mat, pillow, blanket, etc.) Such items will also be made available if needed but are limited. Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early so that you have time to get settled. The session will begin on time & the front door will be locked to avoid any disruptions.
